What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, can do the same job. Some are needed for a site to work; others track what you do, often for advertising.
What we use
| Type | What we use |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | None at present. Every page works without storing anything in your browser. |
| Analytics | Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. See below. |
| Advertising and social media | None. |
| Other third parties | None. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page doesn’t contact services like Google Fonts. |
Our analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful and how people find us. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device. It records the page you visit, the site that sent you, your approximate location, and your device type, operating system and browser.
To count a visit only once, it uses an identifier made from your request that is discarded after 24 hours. The statistics we see are aggregated: they can’t tell us who you are or follow you to other websites. More detail is in Vercel’s own documentation on Web Analytics privacy.
What we don’t use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data.
If this changes
If we ever add a tool that sets cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, such as an embedded video, map or chat window, we will ask for your permission first with a clear choice to accept or decline, and update this page.
Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies, and block them, in your browser’s settings, usually under Privacy or Security. Because our site doesn’t rely on cookies, it will work the same either way.
