These terms are between you and Ninety Nine Media OOH LLP (“99 Media”, “we”, “us”), Office 814, New Delhi House, 27 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, LLPIN ACV-4405. By using 99media.in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Information, not an offer

The website is for general information. Site details, formats, availability, timings and rates shown or mentioned here are indicative. They are confirmed only in a written proposal from us. Campaigns are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign, not by this website.

Illustrations and sample data

Many pictures on this site are illustrations. The guided tours and demos of Client Tracker and OOH Explorer use illustrative campaigns and sample data, not real clients. Photos of sites may show past or current campaigns, and the advertisers’ creative belongs to those advertisers.

Guides and articles

Outdoor 101 and our Insights articles are general guidance, not legal, financial or professional advice. Rules on permissions and licences differ from city to city. Check with the relevant authorities or your own advisers before you act.

Our content and brands

The text, design, illustrations, photos and software on this site, and the 99 Media name and logo, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use or your company’s internal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape our content without our written permission.

The names and logos of brands and media partners shown on this site are trademarks of their owners. We show them to describe work and relationships. It doesn’t mean they endorse anything beyond that.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• break any law, or use the site to mislead or harm anyone;
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s data;
• disrupt the site, overload it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• copy or collect content in bulk by automated means;
• send false information through our forms or pretend to be someone else.

Client Tracker and our tools

Access to Client Tracker and our other tools is given to the people your company names, under your campaign agreement. Keep your access details, such as your PIN, private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has them. We may suspend access to protect your campaign or our systems.

What you send us

Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. When you offer us a site or media, or share ideas or materials, we may use them to assess and propose a partnership or campaign. Sending something doesn’t oblige either of us to go ahead.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities for a campaign are set out in the agreement for that campaign.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
