When something goes wrong
Problems, put right. On record.
If a board has a fault, you see it on the tracker, with “being put right” beside it. When it’s fixed, the fix arrives with photographs, and the whole story stays in that board’s history.

And if a booked board isn’t free yet and another runs in its place, the tracker labels it a stand-in and says when it moves. Nothing is hidden.
